The service involves a complete stripping of the movement and the replacement of any worn or damaged parts. This service includes cleaning and rebuilding the movement, lubrication, installation of a new cell, gaskets, water resistance testing per manufacturer specifications, light refurbishing of the case and bracelet, ultrasonic cleaning, aesthetic, time, and functionality testing. The price of plates and rotors is not included in the service price and will be estimated separately if needed. There will also be a separate estimate for casing components and rusty parts.

A 24-month warranty is included with the service. If you report any defects arising from any service provided by us to us within a reasonable period, we will correct the defect. In the case of a partial repair, within 12 months of the date of purchase; or in the case of a full service, within 24 months of the date of purchase. If repairs are performed by persons not authorized by us to perform such repairs, we reserve the right to invalidate the warranty. There will be no charge for the provision of the warranty. We will decide at our absolute discretion whether the provision of the warranty will be in the form of a repair or the replacement of a part of the watch. Evidence of purchase must be provided and any replaced parts pass into our ownership. Warranty limit. Warranty services do not extend the warranty period nor do they initiate a new warranty period. A warranty under this agreement does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, a lack of care, or component parts that are expected to require periodic replacement.
