It is well known that the internet is the ‘wild west’ of fake designer goods. The mission of Auriks is to help you purchase 100% authentic products at affordable prices. Forgeries are becoming increasingly realistic. For example, Cartier ‘Love’ bracelets and Rolex watches are counterfeited in large quantities. Auriks does not want to put your money at risk. To avoid any concerns about authenticity, we employ a two-step authentication process. All items offered on our website are authenticated in-house by our jewellery and watch experts and by external experts, including registered valuers from the Institute of Registered Valuers (https://www.naj.co.uk/find-an-irv ). We may send an item to the brand for assessment in some cases. Our authentication process is the best in the industry.

Our delivery is lightning speed. Whether it be Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL, we offer free next-day shipping worldwide. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.

Buying from us presents no risk to you. We offer a no questions asked 30-day free return policy for all our items. All our items are amazing, but if you decide to request a return, please let us know by writing to us at contact@auriks.com and we will send you a free DHL return label and a returns instruction sheet. Next, you need to carefully pack the item and organise a DHL collection as indicated in the returns instruction sheet.  The items need to be sent in “as sold” condition with all labels on, as applicable. Once an item is returned to us, we will assess the item to determine its condition. If the item is in the “as sold” condition, we refund your money within two working days. If the item does not correspond the delivery condition, for example it is damaged due to neglect, we will contact you to discuss a new price.

Buyers outside of the UK must be mindful that customs tariffs or duty charges incurred at the delivery time of the original order will not be refunded.

All our second-hand watches are serviced and come 24-month warranty.  There will be no charge for the provision of the warranty. Warranty services do not extend the warranty period nor do they initiate a new warranty period. A warranty under this agreement does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, a lack of care, or component parts that are expected to require periodic replacement.

If you report any defects arising from any service provided by us to us within a reasonable period, we will correct the defect. In the case of a partial repair, within 12 months of the date of purchase; or in the case of a full service, within 24 months of the date of purchase. If repairs are performed by persons not authorized by us to perform such repairs, we reserve the right to invalidate the warranty.

There are no warranties available for our second-hand jewellery items.
